that word BANNED, if u member of one forum and you got banned that mean you are not allowed to enter that site. i know how it feel, he banned me!!!!!!!!! wel that my fault coz i’m insult him in SB so i’m banned in sb first than next he banned my IP so i’m not allowed to enter his site [forum] so it call permanent Banned.
That is rules in all forum, we must obey the rule or if not we get infraction even worse BANNED, depend the regulation of the forum. 
2 of my friend banned, in the same forum, for what reason ??? only the owner know the reason.. The owner have a right to dislike or like member, have own power to do that.. All Moderator just help, the have right to suggest something but doesn’t have right to make any decision
